A Few Questions Before You Begin
How do I know if this work is right for me?
This work may be right for you if you’ve already begun your healing or spiritual journey and feel ready for deeper support. You may be moving through transition, integrating past experiences, or sensing there is more to understand and embody. Together, we create space for clarity, transformation, and a more grounded connection to yourself.
What happens on a heart-to-heart call?
The heart-felt call is a conversation. We explore where you are, what you are moving through, and whether this work feels aligned. There is no pressure or obligation.
If affordability is a concern, I do offer a few options to help you the most in your situation.
Is this therapy?
No. This work is not therapy and does not replace clinical care. It is spiritual and transformational support that can work alongside therapy, personal development, and other healing modalities.
Healing is not one-size-fits-all.
Every person arrives at a different place in their journey. Share a little about what you're experiencing, and I'll personally reach out to discuss which session—or combination of sessions—would best support you. There is no pressure and no obligation, just an opportunity to connect.

60-Minute Reiki & Energy Healing Session
Relax, restore, and reconnect with your body's natural healing energy in this one-on-one session designed to promote balance, release tension, reduce stress/anxiety, and support overall well-being.
Led by a Certified Reiki Master, this session uses gentle, hands-on or hands-hovering techniques to work with your body's energy field, helping to clear blockages, ease stress, and encourage a deep sense of calm and alignment.
The Theory Behind Reiki:
Reiki is a form of complementary health care that has been found to enhance the body's own natural ability to heal. Stress, trauma, and illness can restrict the healthy flow of ki (chi), or life force energy, through the body. By restoring this flow, Reiki helps rejuvenate the body's capacity to relax, supporting its natural healing process.
While one session can offer real benefits, long-term imbalances sometimes require multiple treatments to help the body reach the level of relaxation needed to restore balance over time.
What to Expect:
-
A quiet, comfortable space to fully relax (fully clothed throughout)
-
Gentle energy work focused on relaxation and balance
-
Time to integrate and ground before returning to your day
-
A calming, judgment-free environment tailored to your needs
-
Additional emotional release bodywork is optional
-
A session may incorporate some sound and vibration

Investment per session: $125 + traveling fee if required (Bay Area only)
Please Note:
Reiki is a complementary health practice, not a substitute for medical care. Your practitioner is not a licensed physician, and Reiki does not require state licensing to practice. This session is intended to complement, not replace, healing arts services licensed by the state, meaning care provided by doctors, nurses, and other licensed medical professionals. Please continue to consult your healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
Womb Healing/
Divine Feminine Embodiment
After learning that I had a severe case of endometriosis, I was on a quest to do everything I could do to heal it. But what I discovered is that it was actually a wonderful gift from the Universe because it allowed me to dive deep into exploring my own connection with my womb. I went through my ancestral lineage and realized that I came from a long line of women that had to be "good girls" and play by all of the rules which caused a great amount of repression and natural sexuality was bad. My paternal lineage has experienced numerous generations of unhealed fathers in my line that were abandoned, rejected and torn from the ideals of healthy masculinity. It has truly has been a life changer and it can be for you too.
I learned that a woman's wombs holds the strongest connection to intuition, creation and universal powers. If you feel like you are stuck, not speaking your truth and truly want to move forward with your life with the brightest vision you have, I invite you to explore womb healing with me.
Together, we can start to heal the ancestral trauma from your lineage, break free from destructive and repetitive patterns, heal from toxic or non-serving romantic relationships and start eliminating limiting beliefs from their root cause.
It's amazing what women can do once we build, restore and foster the connection with our womb spaces! Our wombs are our Goddess Temples connected to the universe as we are living miracles and now it's your turn heal to change your life in a deeper way.
What to Expect:
-
One-on-one guided meditations and movement practices
-
Gentle energy work focused on the womb space
-
Daily/weekly/monthly practices to explore & open this connection
-
This focused work does bring up emotions to the surface
-
Safe, loving and non-judgmental space to be your authentic self
-
6-month commitment required to make true transformational change
I would be so honored and grateful to walk this path with you in the most loving way possible. 💕

“I highly suggest working with Vishaka. I've been working with her for a few months now, and the transformation has been incredible - I feel so much more grounded. Most people say they've had "Reiki" before - but you haven't experienced energy work until you've worked with Vi. Her sessions go far beyond standard Reiki, incorporating tuning forms, womb healing, and chakra balancing, and she has genuinely uncanny intuitive hits abut exactly what you're working through. If you're looking for an energy healer who can help you move through deep emotional and spiritual transformation, Vishaka is the one."

" I had a friend who set up a session with Vishaka as a gift. I had no idea what a Reiki session was like. I've always been interested in things of the spirit nature and I meditate and spend a lot of time watching and reading spiritual material. Vishaka arrived and went through a preliminary explanation and then the procedure. I was trying to relax and get into the right state of mind. I had been going through a lot of vicissitudes in the last year and was not feeling connected.
She brought me into focus, and for the first time in a long time I could shut everything down. She explained, as she was going through the chakra system, that I had a lot of stored trauma with fear and anxiety stored in the lower chakras. I felt like her procedures shut me down to baseline and became more relaxed than I had been in a long time. I felt my spirit become centered and I finally was relaxing and letting go. She did reveal to me my spirit guide was there. As soon as she said that I felt a strong connection that I had always felt but didn't believe fully or completely embrace.
I felt reconnected, and after this session I felt a switch flip and things in my life started flowing rapid fire to the point that I am now in a whole new reality of peace and creativity that I've never experienced. I think this healing broke the dam, and the flow began. It was something way more than I expected. Also, I feel more in tune with the concept of a spirit guide, and I know for sure she is guiding me, and I trust that she is always with me.
It was an incredibly beautiful experience, and much healing occurred and has continued. I am very grateful."

"When I first considered this spiritual journey, the unknown caused me to have a tremendous amount of hesitation and fear. Never could I have imagined how this would begin to transform me in so many positive ways. Newfound experiences from grounding, sound baths, and breathwork, have opened my mind and soul to inner chakras and a part of myself I didn't even know existed. Your guided meditations have allowed me to connect on such a deep level with both my ancestry and unlock traumas from my past to ultimately forgive. You are a truly caring, nurturing, genuine professional across all levels and make me feel constant validation and support, without ever judging. I am SO GRATEFUL and feel very lucky to have you in my life!!"
About
My name is Vishaka
Allow me to introduce myself - My name is Vishaka and from my earliest years, I moved through the world feeling what others could not see — sensing energies beyond the veil of ordinary perception,
knowing instinctively that I carried a gift: to channel, to heal, to commune with forces far greater than myself.
My path has not been a straight line but a sacred unfolding. Through transformative plant medicine journeys, I have descended into the depths of my own soul — confronting, releasing, rebirthing. I have traveled to sacred sites across the world, where ancient lands whispered their secrets and
confirmed what I was deep within: I was being called for something profound - to help transform and heal others.
I carry the rare gift of ancestral and soul lineage healing — reaching beyond this lifetime to untangle inherited wounds and restore wholeness at the deepest level of the human spirit. I am a bridge between worlds, a vessel for divine intelligence, a keeper of ancient wisdom.
Today, I stand fully embodied in my power — a studying Priestess, a transformational guide, a Reiki practitioner, spiritual awakener, gifted with Akashic record access, and attuned to the whispers of the universe. I am honored to hold sacred space for those ready to shed what no longer serves them and rise into the fullness of who they truly are in many areas of our lives.
I believe we all are Divine, Goddesses/Gods and magical in our own right but we must create the space within ourselves and believe in a force greater than our own.
